Well I know nothing about Jass, and I have already completed the indexing, but I made one small mistake that Worma refuses to explain how to fix.

Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units in (Playable map area) matching (((Matching unit) is A flying unit) Equal to True)) and do (Actions)
Loop - Actions
Unit Group - Add (Picked unit) to UnorderedUnits
Unit - Set the custom value of (Picked unit) to ((Custom value of (Picked unit)) + 1)

Where is says Custom Value + 1 is where the problem lies.

this system is very useful, for both of maps (for any member idea map creation)
im just saying that is important to every one
